Important Updates: We are excited to announce the return of in-person meetings! 


NOTE: In-person meetings for 2024 will continue at the Deer Park Library Location. 


We will be offering in-person meetings on a bi-monthly basis, continuing with virtual meetings in between. All upcoming dates, locations and times are listed below - check this page often as dates and times are subject to change. You can also review the FAQ section for more information.

All members should complete a COVID-19 self-assessment prior to attending any in-person meeting and follow the recommended action if you are experiencing any symptoms. Let's work together to keep each other safe! 


FOR EXISTING  MEMBERS: 

If you have not received any emails from Phoenix about upcoming meetings dates, it means we don't have your email on file! Please email phoenixyyz@hotmail.com with your first and last name along with the name of one of the meeting coordinators (past or present) to verify your previous attendance.  You will then be added to the mailing list. 


Any members needing to submit their annual fees can do so via e-transfer.  


FOR NEW MEMBERS WISHING TO JOIN A MEETING:

If you are interested in joining Phoenix, you MUST attend a virtual orientation session (please see Become A Member), complete the registration form and submit the annual membership fee at least 2 business days before you can attend a future meeting.
