If I want to join Phoenix, can I just attend a meeting?
If you're interested in joining Phoenix, please email us at hellophoenixto@gmail.com. You'll receive an orientation package and instructions on completing registration. Once we have the required details, you can attend your first meeting.
What are the requirements to join?
Just one - you need to be diagnosed with HSV (bet you won't hear that again!).
Where can I sign up for an orientation session?
We now provide an orientation package instead of holding orientation sessions. If you have additional questions after reviewing the orientation materials, you can request to speak with a volunteer facilitator. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once I become a member, do I need to attend every meeting?
Not at all. You are welcome to attend as many meetings as you'd like.
I'm a former member - I haven't attended a meeting in a very long time but would like to. What should I do?
We'd love to have you back. Please email hellophoenixto@gmail.com and we'll get you set up again.
Do you have other locations in the GTA or Ontario?
At this time, we have one location in Toronto, but you're welcome to join Phoenix and attend virtual meetings if you cannot attend in-person meetings.
